LTC² Consulting’s name was derived from our corporate focus: Ron Lewis’ Leadership – Team Transformation – and Corporate Culture Change—LTC²

LTC² Consulting was formed in 2017 by founding member Ron Lewis, a U.S. Army retired general and West Point graduate.

LTC² Consulting is a service organization specializing in business leadership development and organizational change management by way of leadership seminars, boot camps, subject matter expertise consulting, strategic planning, and proven organizational change techniques.

What makes LTC² Consulting the best in its industry is the combined experience of its three key consultants. Three of the company’s founding members have held strategic leadership roles in the U.S. Army. While in these roles, they each became experts on building, training and motivating people during high stress and high stakes events.
